Infrared Heat Therapy
Infrared light waves penetrate deep into tissues, promoting cellular repair and increased blood flow. It helps reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness by enhancing natural healing processes.

Cold Laser
Cold laser therapy, also called low-level laser therapy (LLLT), delivers low-intensity light to stimulate cell regeneration and tissue healing. It effectively reduces pain and inflammation without causing damage to the skin.
Cupping dry/wet
Dry cupping involves placing suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum that increases blood flow and promotes healing without drawing blood. Wet cupping adds a small skin incision before suction to remove toxins and stagnant blood, enhancing detoxification and pain relief.

Moxibustion
Traditional Chinese therapy that involves burning the herb mugwort (Moxa) near acupuncture points to stimulate healing. It is used to improve circulation, boost immunity, and dispel cold or stagnant energy from the body.

PEMF
(Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to enhance cellular activity. It helps reduce pain, increase circulation, and support recovery at the cellular level.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is an ancient healing art in which a smooth tool is used to scrape the skin, releasing stagnant blood and qi, to restore balance. This practice promotes circulation, lymphatic drainage and strengthens the body's natural healing abilities.
